About me

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Konstanz, in Germany. My current interests revolve around creating better models for image and video quality assessment. My aim is to understand visual quality (technical and aesthetic) in view of human visual perception. I’ve been exploring effective crowd-sourcing strategies for the estimation of perceptual dimensions, building large-scale, ecologically valid visual quality assessment (VQA) datasets, and designing scalable deep learning VQA approaches.
